PlayFootball online transaction fees:

The PlayFootball system does charge online transaction fees which are additional to registrations and are not refundable by clubs. 

 

Under 5 and 6 years REGISTRATION SPECIAL - $50!

In 2026 we focus on helping to get more young Dragons playing football - with a massive discount on registration taking it down to only $50! 

We have made the discount for under 5 and 6 players huge! Unfortunately with the new PlayFootball System it works in a way that you will be charged $68 for your registration fee, BUT we will provide refunds directly to you once your registration has been paid for the additional $18 taking your registration back to $50. This is the first year of using PlayFootball recently so we were unaware that the changes wouldn't allow us to make such a significant discounted registration- we apologise for the inconvenience.

Any payment transaction fees/surchages paid to PlayFootball are not refundable by our club. 

 

Referee Fees: 

All registration prices include the Referee Fees for games that are played within the official season. This is paid for by the club throughout the season as part of the club portion of your fees.

Any trial games played by teams in the pre-season are not included in registration and need to be paid by individual teams. 

The club portion of registration fees also goes towards training equipment, goals, field maintenance, line marking, playing shirts and other operational costs. We do not calculate the club portion to have a set amount of referee fees or as full coverage (for example we know senior games rarely have a main referee and two officials, so we don't calculate based on that). The club portion of registration fees do not cover the actual costs each season, we rely on fundraising and grants to cover full costs. Regardless of this, we will not ask teams for any addition in season referee fees contributions. 

 

Discounts:

FAMILY DISCOUNT: For those with immediate family (parents with dependent children under the age of 18) playing at Gosford we offer a $10 discount off each registration. The discount code needs to be used during registration, and the $10 cannot be refunded afterwards if it is not used while registering (cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts).

To use the family discount please register family members at the same time so our Registrars can see the family registrations it applies to and approve accordingly. 

 

PLAYING LIFE MEMBER DISCOUNT: For those who have been awarded Playing Life Member level for 15 years playing loyalty with Gosford City FC - receive a $40 Discount off registration (cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts).

This season registrations are done in the Football NSW mandated PlayFootball system. Players may have an existing PlayFootball account/profile. PlayFootball support is available, details below. 

PlayFootball has been used for registrations in conjunction with Central Coast Football in the past, so you may already have an account with PlayFootball- anyone who played in 2019 or prior should already have an account, you will just need to retrieve your login details. JANUARY ONWARDS - Hours: 9am-9pm (Mon-Fri) and 9am-3pm (Sat-Sun).

 

CCF MYCOMPAPP:

Everything you use during the season remains unchanged: draws, results, ladders, wet-weather updates, match day information and competition management will continue to be delivered in CCF MyCompApp.

Your week-to-week experience will not change and you will only have to register once to PlayFootball.

 

Active Kids Voucher:

Active Kids Vouchers are accepted towards registration but must be applied for before registering.

This initiative is only open to school aged children in NSW (Ages 4.5 to 18 years). You will receive a $50 voucher with a unique ID number for each child that you register.

You must enter your Active Kids Voucher when registering to automatically deduct the $50 from your registration fees- you cannot claim this retrospectively.

Photos:

All registered players will need to upload a new photograph each year. This should be a passport type photo only. No hats or sunglasses are to be worn in photos. Unacceptable photos will be rejected by CCF.

 

Player Identification:

All NEW players will be required to show identification by way of a birth certificate, student ID Card, Drivers Licence or passport to confirm age. 

 

Training Tops:

Training Tops have been issued for a 2 Year Period- thanks to our Training Tops Sponsors who make this possible! 

Our 2025 Red Training Top will be featured in 2026 also.

We do not provide a new training top in the second year automatically, this isn't financially possible. We appreciate everyone helping us on this and retaining and caring for your 2025 top.

If you are a new player or have outgrown last years training top etc and need a new top please provide us with the size you need as per the sizing chart below. You can submit your top sizing need in the Player Information Form you complete online (link also in registration process).

• Organise your Acitve Kids Voucher

• Coaches/Managers have your Working With Children Check number 

 

Selecting Age Groups:

Age divisions are worked out by calendar year. So if your child turns 5 between January 1st and December 31st of the playing season then your child is in Under 5's. Children turning 10 during the calendar year will be under 10's etc.

New players, please note: We are required to sight a copy of a Birth Certificate or equivalent ID for all new registrations to confirm age group registration.

CLUB COMMUNICATIONS DURING THE SEASON:

Our club communications are sent out from 'Stack Team App', this is an app which is free for the club to use which offers us many features and means our messages can get directly to you. We're asking that all parents of players and players please download this app to ensure that you are aware of what is happening this season. 

We are also active on social media, both Facebook and Instagram, but these are more community based  rather than internal club information so it is necessary to be on the 'Stack Team App' so you get everything relevant to you. We do hope to see you on our social media too though!
